Regon Molecular Systems has developed the NewGeneration RT-priming Technology™, an ultra-enhanced Reverse-transcription initiation and cDNA synthesis platform technology (Argonne National Laboratory Invention Report ANL-IN-94-074; Intellectual property of Regon Molecular Systems, Inc.) for highly improved enhanced and efficient detection, measurement, cloning, amplification and analysis of biologically expressed sequences - all features build-in the synthesized cDNA. No cloning is necessary for in vivo library amplification (linear and/or exponential), screening or expression - all can be performed in vitro.

The NewGeneration RT-priming Technology™ is dedicated for large-scale genome analysis and extended search for new genes understudied via current priming technologies such as polyA-minus gene transcripts.
