All temperature-sensitive reagents are packed and shipped in re-usable cooling containers or racks (as shown below) allowing convenient and safe laboratory usage over an extended time-period. Each container consist of a plastic body, foam tube-holder and cooling gel. Containers are free of charge with the ordered reagents and are also sold separately at a price shown.

In stock items:	Orders received by noon will be processed and shipped out the same day. All others, next day shipment.
Backorder items:	Will be advised at time of ordering. For some items allow 1-4 weeks.

Packing Charges:	$ 5-10 for Ambient temperature shipping (parcel-size dependent). Letter-size shipping is free. $ 35-75 for Frozen shipping (parcel-size and destination-distance dependant)

Claims:	Shipping damages or shortages must be made within five (5) business days of receipt of order and accompanied by a written statement. Permission to return products will not be given without prior authorization from Regon Molecular Systems, Inc.  Products must be returned within five (5) days of receipt of order.
